Frequently Asked Questions;

Q. How do I send flowers overseas?
A. Telephone our shop and we will organise the delivery for you through our international network. As delivery charges vary from country to country we will give you the price when you call. Please allow 48 hours.

Q.  If I buy more then 1 item can I combine the delivery charge?
A.  The delivery charge is based per item. For gifts it is based on the weight and our floral delivery charges are a set rate as quoted in our Terms and Conditions.

Q.  What if we order the wrong size for the dresses or suits?
A. We cannot refund, however we can offer  an exchange if the goods are returned unworn and in it’s  original condition (with tags on) within 14 days from purchase date.  Return freight is the responsibility of the purchaser. You will be required to phone us for the return delivery address.
