HOW TO PURCHASE:

All prices on this website are quoted in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. Scents and Sensibility reserves the right to change prices at our discretion.
A Minimum order of $30.00 AUS (excluding delivery) applies. Orders can be forwarded to Scents and Sensibility via email, fax or through our website. Phone orders will also be taken.No responsibility will be taken by Scents and Sensibility for customer typing errors.

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY:

Scents and Sensibility gift and garment orders are shipped via Australia Post or Express Post. Standard parcel rates apply. See www.australiapost.com.au. Orders are dispatched within 7 working days, allow 10 working days during busy periods.Rural and outlying areas can take up to 4 days longer and may incur extra charges.

No deliveries are made on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.
Please Note:  We are charged a redelivery fee for any incorrect delivery so please ensure that your address details are correct. This fee must be paid by the sender before we can re-dispatch your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Currently our shopping cart is customised for Australian orders only. International orders must be emailed to us with details including name, address and description of purchase and we will email your confirmation and payment details.

RETURNS:

As we can not provide refunds we ask that you choose carefully when purchasing.

HAND MADE PRODUCTS:

Our selection of hand made products are selected for their uniqueness. Variations in colour and style may occur and are all acceptable.

Handmade garments may vary according to availability of fabrics and acessories. If due to unforseen circumstances, it is necessary to substitute with a similar item. Scents and Sensibility guarentees that such substitution will be of equal or greater value.

FLOWER AND HAMPER/BASKET ORDERS:

We offer same day delivery within the Sydney metropolitan area from our store for a delivery fee of $10.00.
For deliveries outside the Sydney area and overseas we have a network of florists who will deliver at a cost of $20.00.
For same day delivery an order must be placed by 10.00am Monday – Friday and 9.00am on Saturdays.
Delivery to business addresses are guaranteed by 5.00pm Monday – Friday and residential addresses by 6.00pm. An extra courier charge will be incurred for special timed deliveries.
We do not deliver on Sunday or Public Holidays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS;

For all overseas deliveries you are required to contact our store by email, phone or fax as prices vary from country to country. Allow 24 -48 hours for delivery.

DELIVERY TO HOSPITALS/NURSING HOMES

Please supply full name, ward name or number, hospital name and address and whether the recipient is a patient/resident or staff member. We do not recommend cut flowers as there are usually limited suitable vases available.  Most hospitals do not allow plants and no flowers are allowed in intensive care or other special care units.

DELIVERY TO FUNERALS

To ensure priority delivery to funerals, orders must be received 24 hours before required delivery.  Full name of the deceased is necessary as is the address to where the flowers are being sent or the date and time of the funeral.

CARE OF FLOWERS

At  Scents and Sensibility we guarantee the highest quality and freshest flowers and to ensure maximum enjoyment we offer care instructions to increase the life span and maintain the flowers.  Extreme conditions have an adverse affect on flowers and it is not always possible for us to guarantee the flower quality in every situation. If there is a problem, it is our policy to pick up and access the flowers within 24 hours. We cannot arrange a replacement unless the original flowers are collected.

PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS

Flowers are seasonal and hamper items are subject to availability. If due to unforseen circumstances, it is necessary to substitute an item or flower, Scents and Sensibility guarantees that such substitution will be of equal or greater value.
